My ELEVATEX isn’t responding.

In the past there have been some reports of ELEVATEX "Not responding" which is shown like this in the Task Manager. Follow the steps below to clear the app cache.

  • Make sure the application is fully quit in task manager. Then hit your Windows Key and search for “Run” then hit enter.
  • Type in %appdata% and press enter, in the window that opens remove any “elevatex” folders.
  • Launch ELEVATEX and you should be shown the login screen.
