In the past there have been some reports of ELEVATEX "Not responding" which is shown like this in the Task Manager. Follow the steps below to clear the app cache.
- Make sure the application is fully quit in task manager. Then hit your Windows Key and search for “Run” then hit enter.
- Type in %appdata% and press enter, in the window that opens remove any “elevatex” folders.
- Launch ELEVATEX and you should be shown the login screen.
